For follow-up sessions, we need you to tell us about any obstacles or difficulties that prevented you from reaching your goals. Typical obstacles include vacations, holidays, stress eating, tempting foods, getting too hungry, cravings, or eating when you are bored. Whatever the obstacle is, no matter how mundane you might perceive it to be, it’s important for us to know. We can teach you different ways to deal with them, and you decide what works best. Follow-up sessions are also a time for our dietitians to keep you up-to-date and translate the latest scientific research into practical tips to improve your health.
