Nutrition Counseling Steps
Step Two
When you decide to come in for your first visit you will need to bring a record of everything you ate and drank over seven days. It doesn’t matter how “good” or “bad” any of it is. We are not here to judge, we simply need to know your schedule and the foods you like or dislike. This record will save us time and will allow us to build the most effective and detailed plan that suits your needs.
You will also need your insurance card, co-pay, or payment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. If you are going to use a health savings account debit card, please contact your employer’s HR area or HSA member services to ensure that your HSA provides for nutrition counseling. If you are diabetic and take your own blood sugar, please bring your blood sugar log book.
